We selected a local naturally tanned
leather with J.M Weston to create a shoe
shine kit. This leather from the Limousin cow breed is placed between chestnut tree planks, then buried for three months to slowly and gently tan and colour. It is then washed in the water of the local river.

The Craftsman

J.M Weston

Although some may think this brand is English when it was in fact founded in Limoges, all agree on the excellent quality of its shoes.
Since 1891 J.M Weston has been perpetuating its own tradition: a name, a know-how, a Parisian state of mind.

Although Créations Dragonfly only presents desired objects designed with local artisans, we also wished to showcase few collaborations in partnership with houses or designers whose values we share, since we like their work and how they naturally embrace beauty.
Because we feel a chemistry with them. We have let our hearts guide our decisions.

As a natural and living material, leather must be regularly looked after. Generally speaking, avoid extended exposure to sunlight and humidity.
We recommend you to dust your leather objects on a regular basis.
For a more thorough clean, clean your leather objects with a light, soft and slightly damp cloth before allowing them to air
Once the leather is dry, gently rub with a soft cloth using circular movements. You may also nourish the leather using a proper, high-grade neutral cream or wax.
