The Craftsman
Atelier Drevelle
A member of the Grands Ateliers de France, boasting the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage) label, Ateliers Drevelle arches, presses and fashions precious wood: not only Tulipwood, Rosewood, Sen and Mahogany, but also Ash or Swamp Oak. Their caskets protect one’s jewellery and perfume. And often contain cigars and cognac, two passions that consume their creator. They are caskets that welcome secrets that may only be shared with connoisseurs.
“The hand reveals the material and the know-how, but, above all, it drives the emotion. I believe our purpose is to bring beauty to life… which is to say the aesthetics, the emotion and foremost the time one must learn to savour.”

The Object
On a tray in oak marquetry where the natural veins of the wood mimic clouds, the coasters studded with stars compose the puzzle of the universe against a night sky. Stylish and noble, as is always the case with the pieces crafted by Les Ateliers Drevelle, it reveals an emerging star under the coasters.
Since it comes in two sizes, Nova allows one to present a liquor glass or a larger glass for cocktails or amber-hued spirits.
Care instructions
As they are sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity, we advise against exposing your wood object to important sources of heat or to direct light, in order to avoid discoloration of the wood.
We recommend you to clean your wood object with a soft and dry cloth.
As our wood creations have been deliberately left unvarnished, we advise against the use of any cleaning product to avoid indelible stains.
